  1. I am 5 2 and started weighing 140lb, my calorie allowance for the day fluctuates between 1600 and 1870. I exercise twice a week doing 2hrs of zumba and 45mins of conditioning. However, this allowance seems a bit high as my friend as myfitnesspal and it gives me an allowance of 1300. Any suggestions as to which is more accurate??
